A colleague of mine uses a metaphor to describe us and our life energy. One battery is all that we each have; daily. One store of energy.  Certain things in life drain one of energy. Make sure to eliminate as many drains as possible. More precisely, activities that are not aligned with your goals. A little something I'd add is: Include activities that enhance the battery. That is precisely what time shared of a morning and eve do. Thank you to the three of you (Dunia, Mira, and Adam Karim). ❤❤❤

Richard Scarry is not alive; But he is present. His works continue to evoke joy, and to inspire humour, in our home. What a wonderful legacy. Not a large leap from the topic of humour, AK lit the room up with his smiles today; Together with his seeming sense of awareness. ❤❤❤
