20 January 2023 - Family is a team

As I wrote down the title above, the football team Manchester United came to mind.

Not because I am a fan of football.

Not because it was a name I often heard in childhood.

Not because there are numerous different positions & roles to fill (..as, in that case, it could have been any football team). 


Rather, it was because of the word "united".

At least, that is how I explain it to myself in retrospect.

Who really knows how the creative and connective process really works???


United is key. 

United means support. It means wanting the best for one another. United meaning seeking to understand. It means having patience, & striving, in the face of misunderstanding. United means giving ones best for one another, and it means trying to bring out the best in one another.. It means more, with the spirit manifested in the examples here being borne out. 

Unity is a source of energy.

It is a source of creation.


Some families grow into unity organically, informally, fueled by love & a vision.


The majority of families, usually with the same fuel, choose to build via a more formal route. So it was today. A very special day indeed for Misha and Karina.

Congratulations and best wishes to them in the years ahead.

Wishing them the cultivation of Unity!


Just like in a football team, not everyone in a family is a striker. And not everyone is a defender.

Just like in a football team, there are times when a family member has to adapt and cover (the fulfilment of responsibilities) for family members.

Just like a football team, when every family member fulfills the function of their chosen position well, the family as a whole ends up with a much greater chance of successful outcomes.


Wishing our team the best.

Wishing their team the best.

Wishing you and your sister, both as members of the one team, and as members of future-new-teams-to-be, the best.


Work: on your mindfulness; on your skills-&-habit development: and on always being clear as to what & why you do what you do.


Be like gardeners my sweethearts.

Always be planting seeds. Seeds of unity, and seeds of creation.

Make your family a better place, and you'll make the world a better place.


I believe in you.

Challenges are a part of life. Being unwell is a challenge that impacts every other challenge... and more particularly, it impacts the ability to resolve every other life challenge faced. 18 August 2023 - Mira turned one

Today was a Friday. In other words, a 'typical work day'. So, invites to your birthday were dished out for tomorrow; a day late, but accounting for availability. Well well well, weren't we in for a surprise. A veritably delightful one. Or ones. Neighbours stopping by before 7:30am, with cakes and gifts for you... And with your grandma present too The surprise view from the window! Dressed and ready to glow... One direction. Energy transfer. More visitors arrive of a morning. That window view, unencumbered by a window. And the Russian version above the front entrance! Mum playing after having hung the Russian version; pretending to play judge. At the front door. A lunchtime visitor; who used to teach your sister Dunia at preschool came by. A chat to family in Oz. Late afternoon, even more guests and gifts. 02 January 2023 - My friends are your friends

There is a lot that I would love to give you and your sister. Family ties is something that is a given, and so too blood relatives. Beyond the family, there are others from who you can learn and find guidance with. Some of those people were on a call moments ago. You got to join the call. I hope that your sister can join in due course too. It's been on the cards for a long time now. Everyone on the call today is able teach you something that will be life enhancing. That is a gift. Earlier today, you enjoyed visits from both family and friends. In Russian, there is an expression which translates as "The Sweet Table" or "The Table of Sweets". In addition to yours and our company, that is what everyone enjoyed. This was part of Phase 1.. You relaxed.. ..whilst sweets were savored,  and gifts were offered up on your behalf.
