27 January 2023 - Imagine. Be. Do.

Whilst listening to an interview recently, a line struck me like a thunderbolt:

"My life is limited by my imagination".

There is so much to unpack here sweetheart.


You can choose from so many different life paths... You can choose with whom to share the life journey... You can choose what to pursue as a vocation... 

You can choose where to live... You can choose what is meaningful to you and what is not... You can choose which hobbies to engage in... 

You can choose what food to put into your body... You can choose what sports to play... You can choose where to invest your time, money and energy...

Your imagination is the place you envision these things before they are brought to life. It's the place that you use to create your northern stars... Even more so, it's a place that is unique to you... and it's where you can consciously create stars that are visible to, and 'envision-able' by, only you.


Back to the here and now...

One of the friends that mum has chosen to have in her life, and now our life, came to visit today. Her name is Aya.


She was almost singing with wonderment after you locked eyes...


The joy continued with a visit for lunch...


Interactions went in with you, as the food was served..


Love..



Noticed upon exiting today, mention must be made regarding the beauty beside home.

The new years tree has been brought back to life.


Some run from the cold and snow. 
Some thrive on it. 
We get to enjoy the beautiful spoils of that thriving.



Wishing you and your sister: the development of useful decision making frameworks.


Hoping you both decide to constantly develop 

- your self (physical, mental, spiritual) awareness, 

- your productive skill sets, and 

- your understanding of the realities that surround you; 

...and especially the understanding that by developing the right "Be", you can influence reality (& your resulting life "Haves").


Wishing you both an expansive time in your imagination, 

such that you first carve out a path in your minds; 

and then you bring those visions to life.


I believe in you both.

Awake. Already a ray of sunshine. Yet, could still do with a little more rest. I returned home near to lunch time, And encountered this scene. Mum's planned-for dessert... which had been left on the table with a cup of coffee... wasn't going to make it. Fate had it that... Your brother cried out for a feed... and She ably responded... and You executed on your plan ☺ Post meal, pure joy. There was also joy, when you stepped out and checked out your new contraption. Before hopping over to the raspberry garden. Early evening, the water melon left on the table was not left untouched. Yes, a theme is forming here... Ditto, the dinner time sushi. The chopsticks were used unorthodoxly, As the fish bits were harpooned. Then a return to civility. "What" you asked? What incivility? There is more than one way to do things in life. And, of course, you were right. ❤❤❤

Your Birthday morning, kicked off on the right note! Birthday dancing. Your musician Grandad, serenading you on your birthday.. Some of the delights enjoyed, thanks for the most part to Mum's efforts! Thanks to our family friend Abu Ali, Lebanese cuisine adorned the table! Beauty-full! A few at the table. Your maternal Uncle assisted as you tried on your doctor's outfit. I was in trouble... The last shot taken, before I was left wet and laughing. Balloons! Having a blast! Beauty and your Bro. The Grandma baked cake! Us. Those who shared the moments in-person. Mum & I bring out your cake. Time to blow out the candles!! Thank you to you and your siblings. You are profoundly important and inspiring. Looking forward to seeing you evolve into the You of your choice. ❤❤❤

A dream gift, Was the actual gift. Thanks to your Mum for honouring my love of family, and my love of art. She is a Jewel. Most fundamental, when thinking of gifts, it's with enormous gratitude that I can report that:  good health permeates our home. Beauty is blooming too. Morning time today, you helped prepare breakfast. Highlights included cracking the eggs, and whisking together the omelette ingredients. We later enjoyed the fresh outdoors. My coat came in handy: for you! What a bonus it was to have your grandparents come and join today. Grandad. Grandma. Celebrating with sushi! And with more family guests. Your grandmother's mother, and her sister & hubbie (& the youngest of their three kids). And more sushi. Did I mention sushi? ❤❤❤ PS: a letter-note-message was added, sealed & delivered with the Father's Day gift PS 2: looking back, at a memory; and looking forward, with hope. ❤❤❤
