24 April 2023 - Fruit-i-fied

Part of the way in which we fortify our bodies,

is via healthy food intake.

It's a bonus when the food is delicious!


The kiwi indulgence occurred directly after your lunch nap.

I was lucky enough to be around.




The Peruvian grape intake was a half hour before bedtime.

(what a world we live in!.. facilitating such gustatory opportunities!..)
