Last night was almost sleepless.

So as to change that tone, and kick off the week on a positive note, we stepped out for breakfast.

To a favoured spot of yours.

You settled in.

AK remained settled.

The food arrived, along with the sun's rays.

A blend of goodies.

AK, quite justly, adopted the pose of:

And what about me?

Off to the races..

More than just a flower.

A butterfly, a stork... & whatever else other's mind's eyes see.

Cafe art.

Cafe play.

Cafe love.

Dima and Elena not only radiated love for one another,

They boomed with loving joy when we arrived (... & noted that only very recently we'd been a topic on their tongues).

Settling in again.

This time not at the cafe.

Out for a walk, you were captivated by the roadworks.

Potholes were being filled.

And you were thriving.

A beautiful end to the day.

PS: I had a chat with a friend yesterday. His name is Harry. Harry Kraemer. A light of a guy, he helps reshape mindsets of leaders (which is everyone if we think at the self-leadership level to begin with). He helps reshape these by having individuals focus on their values. And then to have individuals align their actions and outcomes to those values. Beyond the individual, the same principle applies to organisation.

Ultimately, he is all about self-responsibility.

And as you remember, an essential ingredient of growing up is learning to take responsibility for your life. 

Learning the relationship between action and reaction. Or actions and life outcomes. And behind actions are thought patterns. 

Harry goes to the core, and works outwards from there. A great start!
